Kate Weatherill

Hello, my name is Kate and I reside in East Cornwall with my family and two Shih Tzus, Winnie and Blue. We love exploring the beautiful coastline of Cornwall. In my free time, I enjoy cooking for my family and friends, crocheting, and reading. My journey with children began as a volunteer, running a gardening club at a local preschool, which led to a career change. I became a qualified Early Years Educator and took on the role of a preschool room lead/educator at a local nursery. While working, I pursued a foundation degree in children, young people, and families, and recently completed an honors degree in children, families, and schools. I am a compassionate individual who values listening and treating others with the dignity and respect they deserve. Through my work and studies, I have learned that not all children have the best start in life. I hope that by working with White Gold, I can contribute to making a positive impact on the future of children and young people.
