We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredibly inspiring news about our very own Southeast Operations Manager, Tracey Bailey!

Tracey was recently nominated for the prestigious Inspirational Woman of the Year Award 2025, an award dedicated to recognising and celebrating the remarkable achievements of women in their everyday lives across Cornwall.

Out of many deserving nominees, Tracey was shortlisted as one of just eight finalists! Her dedication and passion truly shone through, with the judging panel specifically commending her “immense work ethic and dedication to making singing accessible for all.” They further praised her “passion, creativity, and willingness to help those around her.”

Tracey’s impactful contributions led her to be among the top three finalists, a truly outstanding accomplishment! While she didn’t win the overall award, the heartfelt comments from her chorus members and other singing groups she leads about the positive difference she has made in their lives were, in her own words, “wonderful, it blew me away to be honest.”

We couldn’t be prouder of Tracey for this well-deserved recognition. Her commitment and positive influence extend far beyond her role at White Gold, touching the lives of many through her incredible work.
