Support for Vulnerable Young People in Cornwall

White Gold Cornwall works with children, young people and adults across the whole of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly providing 1:1 mentoring to help them navigate life’s challenges.

Safeguarding Commitment

White Gold Cornwall is committed to protecting children, young people, and vulnerable adults from harm as a result of direct contact with others or their engaging in any behaviour that could cause harm including the use of digital technology.

Everyone connected with White Gold Cornwall, in whatever capacity, accepts their responsibility for safeguarding.  This includes assessing risk and identifying and responding appropriately regarding any individual who has been subject to any form of abuse. This responsibility extends beyond those receiving support and includes family members, peers and others with whom our workers come into contact.

We will ensure that all White Gold Cornwall staff work confidently, openly and with mutual respect with representatives from other organisations and agencies to create a safe and secure environment for those receiving support.

Our Safeguarding Policy is available to view on request.
