White Gold Cornwall Foundation is recruiting a Male Engagement Worker to join our team on a sessional, self-employed basis.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide 1:1 support to young people in their local communities across Cornwall.

As an Engagement Worker, you will build positive relationships, provide tailored mentoring and encourage young people to engage in meaningful activities, overcome challenges, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference and help young people work towards brighter futures.

Position: Male Engagement Worker
Location: West Cornwall (Community-Based)
Contract: Sessional, Self-Employed
