Jo Kinsman

Hi I’m Jo,

In previous roles I have experience of working with and supporting children and adults of all ages with mental health difficulties, drug and alcohol issues, autism, and challenging behaviour. My experiences of working within this field for the last 25 years have taught me that meaningful change requires both direct support for individuals and a commitment to addressing systemic change.

White Gold’s mission and philosophy resonates deeply with me because I believe that “breaking the cycle” for young people and children is not only transformative but can have a positive ripple effect on families and communities as a whole.

Its a privilege to work for the White Gold team, so committed to this cause, and I am excited to support life changing work that can give every child and young person the chance to thrive.

In my spare time I love being outdoors, walking in nature, swimming (sea & pool), and cooking is a huge passion of mine.
