Mark Pike

Hi I’m Mark. I moved to Cornwall over 15 years ago. I was born and bred in Wiltshire and have lived and worked all over the UK from as far as Scotland down to Cornwall and various places in between.

My background had been mainly retail but I’ve always had a passion for people and mentoring teams and individuals to fulfill their potential.   I therefore trained to become a counsellor and since qualifying and seeing clients I’ve seen how events or traumas in childhood and adolescence, that haven’t been addressed or that individual not been given any support at that time, have resulted in life and mental health issues that have brought them to therapy.

So I’m passionate in engaging and supporting children, teenagers and young people so their lives with early intervention could be so different. I wanted to work with White Gold as their values and beliefs match mine and I look forward  to being part of that successful team.

I love sports with football, golf and American football my main passions although I will watch and try most sports. I have a passion for music with punk and indie my main influences spawned by my rebel teenage years I guess.

I have 4 children who are my world and whom I’m immensely proud of.
