New Job Opportunity: Sessional Engagement Worker

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and vulnerable adults? We’re looking for a dedicated and adaptable Sessional Engagement Worker to join our team on a self-employed basis.

In this role, you’ll provide vital one-to-one mentoring support, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. This isn’t your typical office job—you’ll be out and about, engaging with young people through activities like walks, sports, coffee, or museum visits.

We’re looking for someone based in North Cornwall with a patient, non-judgmental approach and a great sense of humour. You’ll need a full UK driving license and your own vehicle, as the role involves traveling to meet the young people you support. While formal qualifications are a plus, your commitment to helping others is what matters most.
