I have spent 30 years as a professional musician playing in a range of bands and in a wide variety of venues across the South West. I initially worked in a music shop before opening my own recording studio and recording many local (and not so local) musicians and bands over a decade or more.

I worked with the Cornwall Education Business Partnership as part of their enterprise and work related education programme. In this role, I worked in virtually all the secondary schools in Cornwall.

I now work in 2 Cornish secondary schools teaching Design and Technology.

Being part of White Gold will give me the opportunity to give something back to Cornish communities and hopefully help improve the lives of vulnerable young people.

At a young age we all need a helping hand to see us on our way and at times we all need someone there to help out and help us find our way through life’s challenges.

So when this opportunity came my way through a good friend, I jumped at the chance to be involved and hopefully my life experience and skills can be put to good use.
