Jo Duncan

Although I am a Cornish girl, born in West Cornwall and have spent most my life in this beautiful County, I have travelled extensively and lived and worked abroad. I have worked in the Private, Voluntary and Public Sectors. I have also owned a business. I studied law at University and then qualified as a Solicitor where I predominately practised Family Law.

I have worked for Cornwall Youth Offending Team and with Devon and Cornwall Police where I have been involved in Restorative Justice and Mediation. Through my background, work and other voluntary involvements I believe I have a deep understanding of the complexities of this County and ever increasing challenges that young people are faced with.

I am thrilled and honoured to be involved with White Gold because it has strong values and has already established itself as an invaluable service provider. ‘It doesn’t just talk it delivers’.

I am a Mum of two young children and enjoy outdoor pursuits, travel, running, painting, floristry and horses.

Jo is the current Vice-Chair of Trustees.
